Example: For each $1,000 invested in an LSCU CD orginally paying 3%, the rate increase to 3.25% is an additional $2.56 in interest per year.

All Regular, Jumbo, Bump Up, and IRA Share CD (Certificate of Deposit) rates are eligible for special relationship pricing. If there is a relationship, the initial interest rate is 0.25% HIGHER than displayed. The Youth and Business CD's are not eligible for relationship pricing.
If you have one of the following checking accounts with Lone Star Credit Union, we will give you a 0.25% lower interest rate on the loan, and if you have automatic payments set up we will give you an additional 0.25% discount!
Example: On a 48 month loan, for each $1,000 in loan principal with rate reduced from 5.0% to 4.75%, you save $100.00 in interest over the entire life of the loan.

Actual rate is based on loan term, relationship pricing and credit rating of member. You will be provided the rate for which you qualify when your loan is approved. The Credit Builder, Share, Share CD and Business Loans are not eligible for relationship pricing.
