What's Happening
At this time Lone Star Credit Union and affiliated vendors are thoroughly reviewing online security due to published information of the internet security vulnerability, known as Heartbleed. Our current findings from the analysis indicate that LSCU websites, Online Banking, and affiliated programs are not affected by this encryption and information security bug. Although not required, concerned members can update their online password as a precautionary measure.
  • Stay safe online!  To protect your online account, LSCU asks that you change your online banking password at least once every six months.  If you have not changed your password in some time, we encourage you to do so after online branch sign in by going to the 'Your Preferences' menu and then 'Member Preferences' submenu.  In the coming months we will be taking steps to require online branch password resets every six months.
  • Self enrollment for online branch is disabled.  Please contact us for online account access if you are a new user.
  • You might know that credit unions are tax exempt. But, do you know what that means for you? It means financial choices at lower costs.  Here's a short video about the taxes the big banks, and some members of Congress, want to impose on your CU and how you can take action.
