Member Service Center

When you are unable to visit us in person, simply contact our Member Service Center located in our Dallas Branch. This local team of friendly professionals is specially trained to assist you with all your financial needs by phone and online. 

Hours of Operation:

Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday: 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Wednesday: 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Friday: 8:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.

  • Open an Account 
  • eServices Support (online banking & bill-pay) 
  • Service enrollment (overdraft protection, auto-pay, etc.)
