Report your missing LSCU Visa Debit Card immediately by calling our Member Services Center at 214.327.9367during business hours or 866.553.2919after business hours.
Report your missing LSCU Visa Credit Card immediately by calling 866.583.5196.
Next, if you called the after business hours number to report your card missing, call our Member Services Center to order a new card. (debit cards only)
Review your current transaction history for any fraudulent activity. a. If you notice any suspicious activity on your debit card, please call our Member Service Center b. If you notice any suspicious activity on your credit card, please call 866.583.5196 to dispute the transactions or log in to the online Visa Credit Card website.
