Report a Lost/Stolen Card

A lost or stolen card can mean a lot of stress and worry. We’re here to ease your concerns and take the steps necessary to reduce your risk of financial loss and identity theft.

Follow these steps if any of your LSCU credit or debit cards are lost or stolen—or if you think you have become a victim of identity theft.

  1. Report your missing LSCU Debit or Credit Card immediately by calling 1.800.472.3272 (1.614.564.5101 International) for Mastercard Debit Cards or 1.877.732.2263 for Visa Credit Cards.
  2. Next, call our Member Services Center to order a new card. (debit cards only)
  3. Review your current transaction history for any fraudulent activity.
         a. If you notice any suspicious activity on your debit card, please call our Member Service Center
         b. If you notice any suspicious activity on your credit card, please call 1.877.732.2263 to dispute the transactions.
